SYNOPSIS:

Set among the high buildings of Manhattan, where hides Rigby Gray'life (Selma Blair's life), a single photographer, from the hippy style, with a career on the rise, the film presents a mix of stories between mothers and daughters in the most colorful variety possible. Unaware that her life will change soon and forever, photos of Rigby frame moments of a plot that is divided between mothers, sisters, friends and lovers, and where even a stepmother played by Sharon Stone in style Devil Wears Prada, and Mira Sorvino in the role of a confused writer, failure mother because of an adoption decided too quickly, found the road of maternal love. Moments of various women's lives in different circumstances in a modern world of femininity dictated by those nine months that mark the lives of everyone forever. Parallel stories that unroll around the life of Rigby hounded in turn from an unexpected motherhood, which sees her at a crossroads that, perhaps, will lead her to take a different path, contrary to her temperament and her lifestyle.
