SYNOPSIS:

Virginia is seven years old. Her stealing the little statue of a Madonna from a Museum in a village in the South of Italy, due to her believing in its miracolous force, creates confusion. Her mother gets involved in order to find the object, which meanwhile has been passed from hand-to-hand and seems to be lost. By travelling along the sunny streets, the two finally find the ultimate receiver, who really seems to be needing it. This is a delicate mini-road movie, “mini” as the statue it revolves around, and it is able to teach us the power of humanity and love.
