BIOGRAFIA:

Tchavdar Georgiev is a writer, producer, director and editor nominated for the Emmys. He wrote, produced, directed and edited "The Desert of Prohibited Art", which was nominated for two Emmys and won the Cine Golden Eagle Special Jury Prize. Tchavdar edited the two-time Emmy nomination "Valentine Road" and "Finders Keepers", both awarded at Sundance. He wrote, co-produced and edited "Off The Rails", premiered at Hot Docs and won numerous awards including DOC NYC and Newport Beach FF. He wrote and edited "Served Like A Girl", premiered at SXSW. He directed and edited Dana Berry for Nat Geo "Finding the Next Earth" and edited "Alien Earths", nominated for an Emmy Primetime. He produced the feature film "Nevsky Prospect" for Amazon Studios. He has also edited commercials for Honda, TELE2 and MTV Russia. He was one of the editors of the magazine "We Live in Public" (Sundance Grand Jury Prize), "One Lucky Elephant" (Best Doc Editing Award at Woodstock FF) and "Bite Size" (Best Doc at Cinequest FF) as well as to the film "Bastards" (MTV Russia Best Film Award).
