BIOGRAFIA:

François Lunel is a filmmaker, stage director and writer, born in Paris in 1971. He now lives between Bosnia and France. He studied Cinema in France before moving to the besieged Sarajevo for two years. He made the documentaries “Born in Bosnia” (1993), “Les coulisses de Sarajevo” (1996) and “Sol en mer” (1999), and his first feature film “Jours tranquilles à Sarajevo” was presented to the Cannes Film Festival in 2002. Also known for “L’apparition de la Joconde” (2009) and the documentaries “Fleurs dans le miroir, lune dans l’eau” (2009) and “Chez Léon Coiffure” (2012), “Those Dark Nights” is his third fiction feature film.
